My kids weren't that excited about taking a good picture for me. Lucy just wanted to pick them and Brinton would smile but it seemed like only when Lucy was so looking down. And Brinton's smiles are often cheesey...but sweet. Anyway, I guess that's the fun of kids, capturing them as they are and not just in poses. :)

This year just wasn't the year for bluebonnet pictures for a lot of people. First, we didn't seem to get good bluebonnets. Then the kiddos were weirdos when we took them out to get their pics, resulting in mass frustration for Mommy! : ) I think they turned out cute, though. You are right, sometimes you just gotta take the candids instead of the posed.

I am sitting here laughing out loud! They are so stinking cute! I love the picture where Lucy is tackling him. Y'all are going to be laughing at these for years to come.
